Curator’s Note on Initial Setup:

Because each Codex is brand new and built with strict structural integrity, the binding will initially hold a firm architectural tension. To achieve the perfect 180° flat display on your table, gently open the cover a full 360° for a brief period to relax the binding. After this initial break-in, it will rest beautifully in any position.
